Delivery:

Delivery is from the United Kingdom and is included free of charge with all purchased prints only.

Kindly allow for 15 – 20 working days for order fulfillment and one week delivery.

Orders from within and out of the UK will be delivered via a courier company.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.  

All prints will be securely delivered in hard tubing or parcels.

Please note that for any special requests such as framed or mounted prints, this will have to be calculated per specification and will be at an additional cost.

Additionally, kindly note that depending on your country, additional duties and taxes might be applied on arrival. This cost is not included in our price and for your account. So please factor this in when placing an order.

Print Sizes:

The 'A' size dimensions listed, are the size of the printed area on each paper sheet. All prints will have an additional 50mm clear border all around. For sizes larger than those listed, please send your enquire to info@kdwildlife.com

Limited Edition prints
The limited edition prints will be available in all listed print sizes. The print will be embossed and a certificate of authentication will be included with the number of its edition.

Specifications
All our prints are printed on Hahnemühle paper. Hahnemühle papers have been certified by independent institutes to be highly resistant to ageing and are vegan.

Printing is done with the use of long life quality inks to ensure their durability. The giclée printing method gives a clean end result with no discernible dots or print pattern. Should one wish prints to be done on any other paper – kindly please email Info@kdwildlife.com

Care of your print
We have a dedicated team to ensure your prints are handled with extreme care and packed so that they get to you the same way as they were printed. We place tissue paper and bubble wrap over the prints so that the delicate prints do not get scratched and put them in a corrugated tough crush resistant cardboard tube ready for shipping. Therefore, kindly please take great care when removing prints from tubes, even more so when returning them back to the tube as this might cause print to buckle. We highly recommend that if you are to frame / mount your print, you take it directly to your framer as they have experience with this and can ensure its condition.

Returns
If your print has arrived damaged (and that you can show that it was damaged before arrival) we will replace it on receipt of the damaged print back to us.

If you accidently damage your print after delivery (see above) we will offer a replacement at a significantly reduced cost.
